1. Information We Collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcodes, preferred date and details of the job. If you email photos, those are collected too.

We also use Google Analytics to see, in general terms, how people use this website. This does not tell us who you are.

2. Who We Share It With

All clearance, removal and storage work booked through this website is carried out by our partner, Kwikshift Removals Ltd (company no. 09085073, registered office 6 Abbey Street, Birkenhead, CH41 5JU). When you send a quote request, we pass your details to Kwikshift so they can contact you and give you a quote.

Once Kwikshift has your details, they look after them under their own privacy policy, which you can find at kwikshift.co.uk. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your details to get you a quote and to answer your questions. We keep a copy of each enquiry so we can check that enquiries are reaching Kwikshift and being answered.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep copies of enquiries for up to two years, then delete them.

5. Your Rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@houseclearancestaffordshire.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
